Hi, I’m Jess. International Board Certified Lactation Consultant serving the Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia areas

Compassionate Care

As a mom to three wild children, I intimately understand the struggles that modern families face. Parenting is the hardest thing you’ll ever do, and I am right there with you. I’ve been the mom breastfeeding a baby in the store, trying to contain a hangry toddler. I know how challenging it can be to navigate the overwhelming amount of parenting information on the internet, and the waves of well-meaning advice (start solids! don’t start solids! cosleep! never cosleep! babywear! don’t spoil that baby!)

I want to support you where you are in your parenting journey, and help you meet your goals, by providing you with the latest evidence-based info, years of formal training and continued education, combined with a decade of experience supporting families across the Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida areas.

I am based out of Jacksonville, Florida, but have helped families from Brunswick, Georgia all the way to St. Augustine, Florida, and often see clients in St. John’s County, Clay County, and Nassau County. Please contact me to see if I can come to you!

I was really struggling to nurse my first born. Jess came and helped me work though the process and helped me feel empowered. So thankful for Jess and what she does.

Awesome breast feeding class! I learned a lot to get off to a great start! It was very well organized and flowed nicely!
