She is kind and caring, as well as incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Even as a second time mom, I needed support to help establish a comfortable breastfeeding relationship. Jess provided help abundantly, through in-person vists where she could evaluate baby's latch and sucking ability and get an exact measurement on how much milk they were drinking. My baby had jaundice, so I had to supplement with formula pretty soon after birth, and other issues meant that I was also using a supplemental nursing system and struggling with latch.
